Therefore the aim of this study was to develop a model of innovative performance-based teacher enhancement working smart in the context of information technology. The study population was the entire school teacher featured in Pekalongan city of 200 people, Given the limited number of population sampling technique used is the census, meaning the amount equal to the total sample population. Testing the hypothesis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS 5.0 software. Then efekk moderation of information technology with the data management group. The study shows that in the context of low information technology, innovative performance improvement with an increase in doing working smart . While in the context of high information technology, innovative performance improvement with an increase in do intelligent work patterns built by intrinsic motivation.
